Solid or Engineered.
We offer a wide range of both solid wood flooring and engineered wood flooring, in both parquet and plank. Solid wood floors can either be fully glued to the floor or secret nailed. You can refinish, or recoat solid wood floors several times, which adds to their appeal and to their long life. Engineered floors are far more stable than solid floors, with only a fraction of the movement of a solid board. They are constructed with a wear layer typically 6mm thick of solid hardwood, the same thickness wear layer as a solid board. Engineered boards are available in longer and wider boards than solid flooring and are eminently suitable for use with underfloor heating systems. Engineered flooring can either be fully glued down, secret nailed or floated.

Species.
We can supply many different species of hardwood flooring to suit any home. Traditional species such as Oak are as popular today as they ever were and new species, such as Bamboo and American Black Walnut, are becoming more and more fashionable.

Grade.
We offer a range of grades from Rustic / Character boards which show all the beauty of real wood with knots and wild grain, right the way through to Prime grade with no knots and more uniform grain.

Size.
Whether it’s a solid or an engineered floor, we have the right sized board to balance the area to be fitted. From the smallest blocks right the way through to wide plank, there is something to suit every home. We also offer random length boards, long boards and also short boards available in most ranges.

Finishes.
We offer a wide range of finishes including unfinished, and pre-finished boards with oils, lacquers and stains. We have a great deal of experience in choosing the right finish, whether you are a developer looking to create something stunning to sell, or a family with children and pets and maintenance is an issue, we have the right finish to create that ‘wow’ factor.

Underfloor Heating.
A growing proportion of new builds typically have underfloor heating fitted and engineered flooring works extremely well with most systems. We are experts in wood flooring used in conjunction with underfloor heating and we are happy to offer free advice and guidance on the subject. Thinner boards work more efficiently with underfloor heating, we can supply data about the thermal resistance and conductivity against the floor you choose.
